If you wish to obtain a copy of the data, believe that we have collected and/or retained inaccurate personal data of yours, or have any questions about the policy, please contact our Data Protection Officer by:

(i) Complete and return the “Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Data Access Request Form.” The form can be obtained from the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD).

To request correction of the personal data we hold, you may write to the Data Protection Officer at the address in (ii) above.

When complying with a data access request by providing a copy of the personal data, we will charge a fee in accordance with Section 28 of the Ordinance. Unless otherwise specified, the fee for greyscale photocopies on A4 paper is HK$1.50 per page. (The above charges may be adjusted from time to time.) If you wish the requested data to be sent by registered mail, an additional registered postage fee will be charged.
